All round riveting entertainment presented by the coolest, quirkiest duo on radio, The Forbes and Fix Show is a lunchtime show that fills the afternoon with non-stop laughs, silly fun and popular features like 5Talks, which consists of uncensored talks with some of South Africa’s most influential entrepreneurs and leaders. Listeners are also made part of the show through interactive features such as MyTunes that enables them to own the playlist for 30 minutes, as well as Liar Liar and Tech5.

Rob Forbes (Host): No stranger to radio and the 5FM block, Rob Forbes is a qualified sound engineer, producer, club DJ, voice-over artist and radio presenter with almost a decade of on-air experience. He first discovered his broadcast talents at the University of Pretoria, where he spent 10 years honing his skills. In 2012, Rob’s hard work finally paid off when he scooped up his first MTN Radio Award for Best Campus Radio Breakfast Show Presenter. In that same year, he was recruited by 5FM, where he has entertained audiences with his unique and surprising approach ever since. In his own words: “It’s my mission to engage the audience from an angle that no-one else would think of.”

Fix Moeti (Host): The entrepreneurial beauty Fikile Moeti, AKA “FIX”, is a famous South African DJ, TV personality, radio presenter and multi-talented entertainer. She first became known for making MTV history when she outshined thousands of applicants and won a nationwide competition to become the first female VJ on MTV Networks Africa in 2006. Apart from gracing our screens ever since, she has also joined 5FM as a radio host, co-hosting the Rob Forbes Show, as well as hosting her own dance show, where she has discovered a myriad of bedroom DJ’s over the years and gave them an opportunity to showcase their skills on her show. Fix is also a leadership enthusiast who has amongst other, partnered with GIBS to offer the life-changing Fix Scholarship.

Based in Bloemfontein, Lesedi FM broadcasts to the Sesotho speaking and understanding communities in South Africa. As a participatory radio station, Lesedi FM provides regular programming covering matters that have a direct bearing on the development of its listeners in South Africa and spilling all the way into Lesotho. The station brings its audiences programming that supports the growth and empowerment of listeners while keeping traditional values relevant in a contemporary environment.
