Vashaan Sookhun (Host): Vashaan Sookhun is a broadcasting professional and radio presenter with a broadcasting portfolio that spans more than twelve years. He had his first taste of radio in 1998 at the KZN based community station Radio Phoenix in 1998 as a programme producer and day-time presenter. In 2001, he was elevated from a community household name to gaining national recognition for himself, when he joined LotusFM (87.7 -106.8) as presenter of Bollywood Billboard and Midday Spice Shows. In 2007 the Durban Theatre Group presented him with two Fools Awards, in recognition of his contribution to theatre. Varshan has also nurtured a prolific portfolio within the Bollywood industry and has compered several international concerts in Durban and Johannesburg over the years.

Based in Bloemfontein, Lesedi FM broadcasts to the Sesotho speaking and understanding communities in South Africa. As a participatory radio station, Lesedi FM provides regular programming covering matters that have a direct bearing on the development of its listeners in South Africa and spilling all the way into Lesotho. The station brings its audiences programming that supports the growth and empowerment of listeners while keeping traditional values relevant in a contemporary environment.
